Windows Home Server
(Posted on 16-Nov-07)Wow... a Sever OS from Microsoft that cost less than some of the desktop OS packages! Here are some of the highlights.
- Central Backups for all users
- Let grandparents and friends see pictures on the server remotely! (Nice new feature... you don't even need a slot on mySpace.)
- Access the system files from away for files when not at home.
- No IT staff required!
- You can even go through the home server to do remote desktop connection to other machines on network.
Good concept. Kudos MS
