COOP Version 0.2 Approaches

Well, version 0.1 isn't a public beta for COOP. Yet, version 0.2 will be. The pupose for this beta will be the following...

1. Introduce the public to the next cool Framework (not a methodology... rather this runs in multiple methodologies)
2. Have people try it out.
3. See if it runs in other methodologies.
4. (Work on our AJAX implementation in the background)
